Family & Troop Assistance Facilitators

If you know of a Soldier or Airman in distress who needs immediate assistance, call the crisis hotline at 1-800-273-8255.

There are 11 centers in Ohio with 13 TFAC Specialists staffing those centers. The TFAC offices work with county agencies, organizations and individuals who support the military in specific regions. TFAC provide assistance and/or resources for crisis intervention, legal, Tricare, financial (rent/mortgage & utilities), ID Cards/DEERS, and community information.
