THE OHIO NATIONAL GUARDS EMPLOYMENT ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM was created to connect service members and their family with employment opportunities that in turn enhances military and family readiness and resilience. They work with government and private agencies to facilitate jobs for current and former Guard members.
EMPLOYER SUPPORT OF GUARD AND RESERVE (ESGR) informs and educates service members and their civilian employers regarding their rights and responsibilities governed by the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act of 1994 (USERRA). ESGR does not have statutory authority to enforce, but serves as a neutral, free resource to employers and service members.
